The big day has arrived! We have been working towards this day for most of the year.

Prior to this day we have been in contact with those families selected. Those participating have been provided an assigned time to come to the Macedonia United Methodist Church.

When the participants arrive at the church they will be welcomed by a greeter and elf who will be with them for the duration of their entire visit at the Christmas Shopping Experience. In the Fellowship Hall tables will be arranged by age group (0-2; 3-5; 6-8; 9-12; 13-16; and 17) and value (Small items costing $5-$10 and larger items costing $11 – $25).

Participants will be guided through the tables to make the following selections for each child 17 year and younger in their family, three (3) gifts from the $5-$10 group and one (1) from the $11-25 group. In this manner EACH child in the family will receive four (4) gifts with a total value of approximately $50.

In addition each family will receive a coupon for an opportunity to obtain an additional “Premium” item. Presently we have received donations of refurbished bicycles for youth and will be looking to obtain other items to offer as “Premium” items for the raffle.

After the gifts have been chosen by the parents they will be given the option to have their presents wrapped by our staff of super volunteers. Once the gifts are wrapped, the parents will be on their way home with gifts for all their children.
